Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the seat covers in their original packaging, ensuring they are clean and free of pet hair or debris, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
